Intro to Capoeira

About Capoeira

Capoeira is a beautiful Afro-Brazilian martial art, borne from the struggle against oppression in colonial Brazil, but with deep roots in West Africa. Capoeira is often perceived to be a dance due to its graceful, flowing movements. Prepare to transform yourself: Mind, Body, & Soul learning capoeira.
